SHARE Inception Meeting - Gelderland June 2012
The SHARE Partners met in Arnhem, Netherlands with the Province of Gelderland hosting a well set-out and interesting meeting in what can only be described as one of Holland's iconic regions. After a short introduction by Irma Koster, who manages the SHARE Project locally it was up to the overall SHARE Co-ordinator Ryan Barry to welcome the partners and explain the itinerary for the two-day event.
Ryan highlighted the importance of the two-days which included a number of site visits and workshops led by specific partners. He assured the partnership that in order to fully develop the project; partners need to work together in a truly transnational manner in order to gain experiences and knowledge from the partnership whilst ensuring the ethos of the SHARE Project could be rolled-out in each of the partner regions.
As this 'Inception Meeting' was deemed integral to the forward planning of the programme partners were made aware of a number of logistics which will see the project proactively develop until mid-2015 with discussions help surrounding reporting, communication, audit, lobbying, work packages and the European Heritage Skills Passport Scheme.
